Phoebe nodded. "I could get her a job." Kaelyn was a smart girl. Everyone knew that, even though some demons had made the mistake of taking her as a dumb blond. Phoebe smiled.

Keira nodded, clearly a bit upset. "They'll be no way she can be denied it," said Keira who held full confidence in her cousin's education. She absently played around with the pendant around her again.

She gave her mother a smile though it come out more as half-grimace. "I- it's nothing important," she said hastily. She had just gotten permission to get an apartment- she chose the wrong time to get upset.

"Keira Patricia Halliwell.... I know when something bothering you. And if your upset then its important." She said with a small smile. She liked to think that her daughters could tell her anything.

Keira sighed as she knew when her mother really wanted to know something, she used the full name. "Fine," she. "It's just I'm still not sure why I switched my career choice and it kind of bothers me," she admitted.

"Well your talking to someone who's changed careers that many times that even I've lost count." Phoebe said with a weak smile. She never thought that she would end up giving advice since when she was younger she didn't take anyone's advice. "What made you want to change career choice in the first place?"

Keira gave her a half-hearted smile at that reply before answering the question. "I don't know....and I think thats a part of my problem," she said, realising she had called it a problem. "Not that it is a problem..." she added, obviously trying to figure out herself whether it was or not.

"Hunny I think this is something you need to figure out yourself" She said weakly, she wished she could be more help. "Just listen to your heart."

"Mom..." she said a hint of annoyance in her voice. She hated when someone told her that as alot of the time she remembered her cupid side- the one she had tried to reject. Lilly was a cupid and look where that had gotten her.

"Don't look at me like that." Phoebe said simply. "Might not like it but its the only way your going to be able to get an answer."

"Mom it's my studies we're talking about here, not the love of my life," she reminded her mother but she knew she was right.

Phoebe raised an eyebrow. "Still comes from the heart" Well she had been married to a cupid. So she had learnt to trust what her heart told her.

"I think you've been around cupids too long..." she said with a small smile. She realised what she had said though. Her and Felicity did have cupid qualities but...Lilly and her dad were gone. "Sorry," she said softly, casting her eyes downwards.

Keira's comment had hurt. She knew that her daughter hadn't meant it to hurt her. "Its okay." She said weakly. Maybe she was right though she had been listening to cupids too much. But she had meant what she said.
