Derek smirked lightly at Rachelle asking Natalie what his name was, instead of just asking him. "His name is Derek," he said, mockingly. "And he can speak all by himself!" He said, in a little kiddish voice, a smile present on his face. But it almost immediately disappeared and his face became completely sober once again. He hated people who couldn't just ask someone something themselves, and instead asked someone else, especially when that person was standing right next to them. [/color]

Rachelle smiled her bitter-sweet smile, which was how her smiles always looked. She had managed to annoy the boy without even trying. "Really? He can speak by himself? I thought he was just one of the trees," she said in a tone of sarcasm.

She rolled her eyes. Her brother was easy to wind up, Natalie used to do it all the time. She didn't even try to wind him up. "And this really getting us somewhere." She said with a hint of a sarcasm.

Rachelle was feeling a bit strange at the things her and Natalie seemed to have in common- the leaning against trees without even realising it, pushing back their hair, the sarcasm...but it couldn't mean anything, could it?

She twisted part of her hair round her finger, it was out of habit... didn't even realise she was doing it. There was something about Rachelle.. it was like she had known her all her life but that was impossible, She glanced at Derek.

Derek kept looking from Natalie to Rachelle, noticing the strange looks that they were giving each other. The silence was killing him, he had never been a big fan of it. But since he had left his family to be on his own, he was used to the quiet, because it was only him. In this case, he thought that Rachelle could be plotting something during this silent time, so he figured that he ought to stop it. "Well, this is a nice little quiet time," he said, smirking. He hoped that saying that was enough to get another conversation started.

Natalie rolled her eyes typical Derek to break the silence, But she wasn't a fan of silence either. She couldn't sit still she always had to do something but that was just her. "and trust you to break the silence." She said with a cheeky smile.

Rachelle watched Natalie's cheeky smile. Something about it seemed to remind her of something. She suddenly felt as if something in her memory was reawakened. She leaned off of the tree and sat down on a boulder instead. She had a horrible headache.
She wasn't having a vision or anything, just something like a flashback. There was a little baby dressed in a cute pink outfit and a girl around five years dressed in a light-blue one. Both of them looked rather angelic. She saw the little baby holding onto the five year old's hand, not wanting to let go. The girl picked up the baby and sat down on a chair with her, cuddling her in her arms and kissing the top of her head- which was actually currently the hood of the outfit.
The baby gave her a cheeky grin. Suddenly a demon flamed in and the girl started screaming while the baby's grin was gone and replaced by crying. The little girl hugged the baby protectively. Rachelle didn't get to see the rest though as she found her mind brought back to the present instead. She looked up at Natalie. She couldn't have a sister, could she? She barely remembered anything about her family so for all she knew she could have.

Natalie was confused at Rachelle's reaction. Why was she looking at her like that? Like she had known her for ages. But the thing was Natalie couldn't sake off the feeling that she did know her, it was weird but she felt like she had known her, her whole life. Like she was someone really close to her.
