((OOC: This is after Kaelyn's death btw))
Keira had been sitting in her room, trying hard not to look at the bed beside her or the bed in front of her- one which had belonged to Linda and one Kaelyn. She had shared a room with the twins since she was born, and had formed a close connection with both of them and her own little but not youngest sister, Lilly. Now she was alone, she felt abandoned.
Keira was a natural person, with an already amazing complexion so she always put on light make up and looked showed her mom's beauty still. Now however, to put it simply she looked terrible. She hadn't slept properly since Kaelyn had died- losing the sister-like figure she had always supported herself on twice, plus the loss of her dad was too much for her. After Lilly and Linda's death she had been heart-broken, yes, but she slowly returned to herself. Now she doubted she ever would. All the world seemed to do to her was take away, and she would never know exactly how much she was supposed to lose.
She made a slight movement on her bed and next moment she was orbed out and in the heavens. She had never been here before, but nearly all her cousins and her sister Lilly had been, as being a cupid she worked with the elders as a whitelighter did. She blinked slightly, the change from her darkening room as the day went to evening, to the brightness and the white of the clouds was abrupt on her eyes and she was blinded for a moment.
Regaining her sight she looked around for only a moment before an Elder walked up to her- it was a female that had often been the one to contact them, though her aunts and mom weren't any more fond of her than the others.
"Keira, how are you?" she said gently, looking rather satisfied at seeing Keira there.
"What's going on?" asked Keira without answering her question.
"You like jumping to the point don't you?" she asked with a weak smile. Receiving no response that clearly said she wasn't going to agree to anything until the Elders said why she was up there, the Elder obliged. "Well, the other elders and I think it's time," she glanced at a group of Elders nearby who were watching intently.
"Yes?" asked Keira, indicating for her to continue.
"You were granted your cupid ring," she finished. They had decided on that as down two cupids, both related in some way to the Halliwells, Keira was the next person. Felicity had been an option too but they had settled on Keira. She cut across the bewildered girl as she looked about to speak. "Leo will present it to you and explain why. We thought it best since we thought you would listen to him better," said the Elder before shuffling away and another familiar face appeared.
