Wyatt and Chis moving out..... it seemed like a pretty sucky thing for Henry when they left. Those two were really the closest people in the Halliwell family to communicate with. Guess it was because they are the only three boys in the Halliwell family. They could do anything together and had fun with it too. They wee gone now and Henry really didn't have no one to talk with. Not even..... his dad.
At least he had the room to himself. Because of his job at the Bay Mirror, he always got some cash to spend and save. Henry managed to get himself a laptop with Windows Vista to really get his mind off things. With his bedroom door open, he was on his bed; watching some of his favourite shows on the "YouTube" website.

Melody was walking by her brothers room when she saw him laying across his bed. Melody really didn't hang with her siblings very often because they were usually too busy with other things to care what she was doing so she usually hung by herself or with Billie. She was really bored so she wandered into her brothers room hoping he wouldn't tell her to leave. "Hey Henry, whats up" she asked as she stood in the doorway of the bedroom?

Henry was practically enjoying the video he was watching on his laptop when he heard some footsteps. He paused the video on his laptop; looking up to see who was about to walk past his bedroom. He saw it was Melody: his stepsister. Melody was Kyle Brody's stepfather whom he really didn't like. To Henry's belief, no one could replace his real dad.
She was about to walk past so Henry looked back down to his laptop. He was about to resume the YouTube video when he heard Melody's voice by his bedroom door. He looked up yet again and heard what Melody said. He hated Kyle but not his daughter so much but he didn't like o talk much to them. Stubborn kid. "Hey," he replied.

Melody could tell that her stepbrother really didn't like her that much although he didn't hat her as much as he hated her dad. Melody looked down at her hands then got up enough courage to speak "is it alright if I come in" Melody asked in a low voice. She knew Henry hated her father but she didn't think he would mistreat her just because he hated her father.

"Can't hurt," Henry responded as he got uprght while remaining on his bed with the laptop next to him. He was now sitting at the foot of his bed. He didn't want to turn off the laptop at the expense of Melody. He didn't know if she wanted to stay long or what but he kpt it on right next to him. After looking at the screen with the paused video displaying, he looked around at Melody. If she wanted to come in, then she would be given the privelege to communicate first.

Melody walked into her stepbrother's room "look I know you don't like my dad and you probably don't like me that much either, but can't we call it a truce and at least make an attempt at being friends" she asked?

"Uhhh.... isn't it enough that we're family? It's not like I intentionally don't talk to you. I say 'good morning' and 'good night'." Henry really didn't see her point at being friends. It was already bad that he had to endure Kyle's presence in this House. Henry sighed as he looked around his room and then back at Melody.

"Well if thats the way you really feel then fine, I'm sorry I wasted your time" Melody said turning her back on Henry. "At least least I am willing to try to be friends, too bad I can't say the same for you". "You have people to hang with and talk to, I have no one except for dad to talk to and mom on some occasions which usually leaves me out, I'm lucky to be included in anything that happens around here".

"Well, I don't see it hard to go out and find someone else to communicate with besides my mom and your friend. Look at me: Wyatt and Chris moved out and my dad's gone. Then, I go in the park and meet my best friend. It wouldn't help to go out the Manor every now and then," Henry immediately commented as soon as he looked at Melody to hear her remarks. He didn't see why she would come in his room just to argue about her and the family.

- guys these two share a mum, so Henry is more like her half brother, not step brother -

OOC-oops I meant half brother, lol
"Well in that case I guess I will go find better things to do to occupy my time, because I don't have time to stand here and argue with you just to get you to like me". "I may want to be friends but not bad enough that I'm going to argue with you about it, whats the point when you don't like me anyway so I might as well just go somewhere else where I am accepted.

"Uhh.... I never said that I didn't like you. I just really don't feel like talking to you or your dad for a little while. It isn't exactly easy watching that guy trying to replace my dad! And he never will by the way...... he's just wasting his time. To me, he'll never be a Halliwell." Henry spoke out as truthfully and expressive as he could. All that he said was all that he believed. "How is Kaelyn treating you?" he wondered so he asked.

"My dad would never try to replace your father" Melody said. "Well I haven't really talked to Kaelyn either". "Its times like this when I really miss Lilly and Linda because at least they did include me in things and treated me as if I actually mattered to them, why did they have to go and leave me here all alone, why couldn't I go with them" Melody asked in a low voice?

"You better watch what you say, Melody. There could be some demon that'll be looking for any way to get us. Magic isn't fun anymore," Henry said as he looked at Melody and read her mouthed words. If he had Lilly and Linda back here, then maybe there wouldn't be much worry around here. This might surely take a little while so Henry turned around to put his computer on "Standby". He turned to face Melody again.

"Why should I " Melody asked? ""Maybe things would be better for you mom and Kaelyn if mom and dad would have never gotten together and then you wouldn't have to put up with me or my dad. I'm sure you would be be happy to get rid of me and my dad". "Look I didn't come to argue with you I came to call a truce".
